You 3bet UTG and he is c/ring a A95r board. He has no reason to turn KK-TT into a bluff, so that makes his bluffing range very narrow, and he can very well have 55,99 and AK.
He should totally expect you to have Ax when you call the c/r OTF, so I can't see him making a suicidal bluff OTT.
